For all Paranormal Investigator,

Currently we are only booking 2019 dates. To book your dates please email is and inform us of your preferred date. We will replay and provide you with a confirmation as to whether it is free or not. Details for standard bookings through 2019 are as follows:

Short Stay Ghost

Hunt/Investigation, 11:00pm – 03:00am (8pm Access).
Friday & Saturday £400.00
Monday to Thursday £300.00

Overnight Ghost

Hunt/Investigation, 11:00pm – 10:00am (8pm Access).
Friday & Saturday £550.00
Monday to Thursday £450.00

The front bar is open on premises until 11pm on Thursday and Friday and Saturday, access is available to the rest of building from 8pm.

Please not that a £100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date. Full and final payment will be due 7 days before the event. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and that the date is not secure until the deposit is paid.

A £100.00 Damage Deposit is required on the night before commencing investigations, this will be returned on completion of investigations if no damage has been done.
We have no issue with the number of guests you invite, but recommend that you have enough supervision to control groups of no more than 15, we, would recommend that there be at least 1 supervisor per 15 guests per group.
